We are  absolutely excited to announce the appointment of Noha Tarek Shaaban as our new Group Director of business development. With over 15 years of experience in the ict sector, Noha is a seasoned professional whose primary role will be expanding our corporate client base across the Middle East & Africa region, retaining existing clients, and establishing strategic relationships with various stakeholders.

Prior to joining M&P, Noha served as the Head of International Business Development at Information Technology Industry Development Agency, ITIDA Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), Egypt. Her diligent, results-driven, and dynamic approach has earned her a proven track record of success in executing sales and marketing activities, consistently exceeding targets.

Noha has led the development efforts of Egypt Digital Strategy for the offshoring industry 2022-2026, in collaboration with one of the big four consulting firms. This has resulted in the signing of contracts in 2022 with 29 MNCs offshoring services from Egypt, with export revenues amounting to $1 Billion over the upcoming three years. Her efforts were witnessed by H.E. The Prime Minister, who honored her contributions to this remarkable achievement.

Additionally, Noha has been instrumental in contributing to the development of various public policies and laws related to the ICT sector, including the Executive Regulation for the New Investment law.
