We’re absolutely delighted and honored to welcome on board the renowned public policy expert Khaled Koubaa as our new Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). Mr. Koubaa will be responsible for overseeing M&P’s global expansion strategy including the establishment of two new permanent hubs in Dubai and Washington, DC in 2023.

An accomplished Public Policy and Government Relations expert, Khaled Koubaa has engaged for more than 20 years in researching, defining, delivering, and coordinating key global public policy strategies for top brands such as Google and Meta (formerly, Facebook). He also served on the board of international institutions such as ICANN, ISOC, AfriNIC, and is a member of the Internet Governance Forum multi-stakeholder Advisory Group. Mr. Koubaa was also on the Advisory Council of the Public Interest Registry and the World Bank Group Council on civic engagement.
