We’re absolutely delighted and thrilled to announce the appointment of Dr. Mohamed Amine, M.Sc., MBA as our new Director of Public Policy, Healthcare & Pharma (Egypt).

As a highlight of his extensive experience, Dr. Amine has held key leadership roles at the Egyptian Drug Authority including: Associate Chairman; Head of General Directorate for public relations and international cooperation; Head of General Directorate for Planning and Pharmaceutical Policies; Head of Pharmaceutical Pricing Committee; Member of Pharmaceutical Importation Committee; and Representative of the EDA at PPRI Network (Pharmaceutical Pricing and Reimbursement Information). Furthermore, Dr. Amine was one of the external reviewers of the latest published World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines on Country Pharmaceutical Pricing Policies. Prior to his tenure at the EDA, Dr. Mohamed Amine served as the Head of Strategic Planning Unit at the Ministry of Health & Population - Egypt.
